5-Year-Old Girl Found Safe

(INDIANAPOLIS) - Police said around 5:15 p.m. Wednesday that a 5-year-old girl that had been missing for more than an hour was found safe.

The girl was found in the attic of her home, after she was reported missing from the 1200 block of North Lasalle Street around 2:30 p.m.

The report of her disappearance had prompted a city search by Indianapolis police officers and firefighters.
