(WESTFIELD) - A pilot is suffering only minor injuries after his plane flipped over during take-off Saturday.
The plane was speeding down the runway when a gust of wind caused the pilot to lose control and flipped the plane over.
The crash happened shortly after noon at the Wheeler Airport in Westfield.
Nearby pilots extracted the downed pilot from his plane, and paramedics transferred him to a hospital with only minor injuries.
