Warrick Co. School Corporation Superintendent Brad Schneider.says in his ten years as superintendent, he's never seen a situation like this one, saying he's surprised that sixth grade science and reading teacher Andrew Emmons could be involved.

Boonville Police Chief Daryl Saltzman says, after Emmons's arrest, officials collected electronic equipment from Emmons's classroom and his home, turning devices such as cell phones or computers over to Indiana State Police.

Officials say, at this time, they're not releasing how they linked that recording device to Emmons.

Schneider says, after the investigation is complete, the district will offer some form of counseling for all middle school staff members and students.

School Officials say as of right now, Emmons is suspended from his job. Police say right now, he's charged with voyeurism and as that investigation continues, more charges could follow.
