(INDIANAPOLIS) — An Indianapolis man has pleaded guilty to producing child pornography with a boy he mentored and attempting to set up a meeting with two other children.
RTV6 reports, in May, Tony R. Fisher, 35, traded images and video of child porn with a police officer working undercover as part of an online sting, police said.
Fisher also said that he wanted to engage in sexual activity with the undercover officer's two fictitious foster children, telling the officer he would like to film the sexual encounter, police said.
The officer arranged a meeting in Franklin County on June 1, and Fisher was taken into custody when he arrived, police said.
In a search of Fisher's laptop, investigators recovered several images and videos of child pornography, police said.
Investigators were able to identify a boy depicted in some of the images as a 13-year-old who Fisher mentored in Indianapolis, police said.
Fisher pleaded guilty Friday to one count of production of child pornography and one count of coercion of a minor.
He could face up to 40 years in prison. Sentencing had not yet been scheduled Friday.
