(INDIANAPOLIS) - Indiana’s attorney general is working to take steps to eliminate the sale of synthetic drugs.
Patrece Dayton, of WTHI reports, these drugs include bath salts and spice.
Greg Zoeller announced his office and other state agencies have issued a statewide notice detailing penalties for violating the state's tougher new synthetic drug law.
Gregg's also asking retailers to sign an agreement not to sell synthetic drugs and to surrender any inventories they have.
In return, any pending investigations against them would be thrown out.
