(UNDATED) - Gas prices have dropped about 25 cents over the last month.
On Monday, gas in the Hoosier state was about 10 cents cheaper than the national average at $3.78 a gallon, according to AAA Hoosier Motor Club.
Gas prices last Thanksgiving were around $3.22 a gallon and prices even dipped under the $3-mark a week before Christmas. Will that be the case this year? Experts said there is no way to tell.
"I would expect come Thanksgiving that prices will stabilize, maybe increase periodically between then and the end of the year, but we probably won't see any major dropoffs after that point," said Greg Seiter with AAA.
