(CARROLLTON, Ky.) - State police say a school bus overturned on a narrow country road in northern Kentucky, killing two pre-school-aged children.
RTV 6 reports, Trooper Brad Arterburn said the bus carrying nine children was heading home from the pre-school program Head Start on Monday. It flipped onto its side and struck a tree.
He said four children were taken to hospitals and three were released to their parents.
The driver of the bus escaped unharmed. He said an adult aide was taken to the hospital.
