(INDIANPOLIS) - A high school student pleaded guilty Thursday to raping a special needs student inside North Central High School.
Danny Roads admitted to pulling the girl into an empty classroom back in April, where he forced her to perform sex acts. Investigators said she has the mental capacity of a second-grader.
Court documents said the girl repeatedly told Roads no. Police asked Roads if he knew the meaning of no and he at first said he didn't. He later admitted that he did know the meaning of no and that he knew what he did was wrong, according to officials.
Roads' mother said he is a special needs student as well but does understand right from wrong.
Roads will be sentenced later this month.
