(SOUTH BEND) - Indiana State Excise Police officers arrested 36 people on 49 charges at the University of Notre Dame on Saturday.
Arrests were made during Notre Dame's game against Wake Forest.
Officers arrested 32 minors on 39 charges, including illegal possession or consumption of alcohol or possession of false ID.
Two juveniles were arrested for underage drinking. One arrest was of a 17-year-old Virginia boy who tested a .14 percent blood alcohol content. He was preliminarily charged with illegal consumption.
Two adults were also arrested on drug possession and paraphernalia charges, police say.
Two men were arrested and preliminarily charged with battery, public intoxication, battery on law enforcement and resisting law enforcement. Kyle L. Kline and Derrik L. Duszynski were arrested after officers saw them fighting in a parking lot.
Duszynski was also arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Michigan.
Kline and Duszynski allegedly started a fight where an excise officer suffered minor injuries.
Excise officers also arrested 66 people on 75 charges in West Lafayette this weekend.
Officers working around Purdue University arrested 38 minors for illegal possession or consumption of alcohol on Friday and Saturday. Three people were charged with possession of false ID and one person was cited for being in a liquor store.
14 adults were arrested for furnishing alcohol to minors and two people were arrested for drug possession.
Officers also issued 12 tickets for other offenses including traffic violations. An additional 12 warning tickets were also issued.
