(INDIANAPOLIS) - An Indianapolis man was arrested after witnesses said he stood outside a grocery store, exposing himself.
Joshua Goode faces several charges including indecent exposure, refusal to identify and false reporting.
Police were called to the WalMart on South Keystone Avenue on reports of a man exposing himself Sunday afternoon.
According to witnesses, Goode had been approaching customers, asking for money and cigarettes. A short time later, he stood outside the entryway with his pants around his ankles, exposing himself. Goode then began spitting on vehicles in the parking lot, witnesses said.
When store employees went to confront him, they said Goode began pulling his pants up and kept touching himself.
Police arrived and asked Goode for his identification. He refused, they said, and even went so far as to give them the Social Security number of an African American woman.
Goode is currently being held in the Marion County Jail.
