(INDIANAPOLIS) - The Indianapolis Fire Department responded to an incident Thursday afternoon that left three cars with severe front damage.
A female employee of Crown Plaza reported a structure collapse on the 300 block of South Illinois Street to crews just after 4:30 p.m.
The side of the building appeared to have collapsed onto three vehicles. There was extensive damage to the hoods and windshields of the cars.
The parking lot was emptied until further notice. Crews worked to stabilize the wall and evaluate what repairs should be made.
