(HAMILTON COUNTY) - Police in Hamilton County arrested three people they say were caught trying to rob a Duke Energy substation.
38-year old Robert Sullivan, 22-year old Joshua Holloway, and 25-year old Jennifer Holloway face preliminary charges of burglary and theft.
Police say surveillance video showed the three suspects inside what was supposed to be a locked area.
