(CROMWELL) - Indiana Conservation Officers said a man was injured after he was thrown from a snowmobile Saturday afternoon.
Officials said Michael Holcomb, 46, of Cromwell, was driving westbound near County Road 900 W., north of Cromwell Road, when he hit a snow covered embankment going nearly 30 miles per hour.
Holcomb was thrown from the snowmobile and sustained head injuries. Police said he was not wearing a helmet.
Holcomb was taken to Kosciusko County Community Hospital in Warsaw after the crash, according to officers
