(INDIANAPOLIS) - Two Bartholomew County men face federal charges of producing child pornography involving a 4-year-old and a 16-year-old.
Brock Boston, 29, and Leslie Woods, 26, are accused of coercing a then-16-year-old to engage in sexually explicit activities on video in Boston's Columbus home in December 2011.
A month earlier, Boston sexually abused a 4-year-old at his home, recording video of that incident as well, prosecutors said.
Both men were found to have sexually explicit pictures and video of children, including toddlers, on their computers, police said.
Boston and Woods face federal charges of production and possession of child pornography. Woods is also charged with failing to register as a sex offender after a previous child porn possession conviction in Illinois.
If convicted, the men face between 15 and 30 years in federal prison for each count of producing child pornography, as well as up to 10 years for possessing child pornography. Woods faces an additional 10 years if convicted of failing to register a sex offender.
"Nothing is more important than the safety of Hoosier children, and cases such as this are a tragic reminder of the dangers that can lurk in our communities," U.S. Attorney Joe Hogsett said in a news release.
