(VALPARAISO) - The Valparaiso Police Department arrested an Indiana doctor Thursday night on charges of criminal deviate conduct and sexual battery.
In Sept. 2012, officials say a woman told police she was sexually assaulted by her doctor in his office.
The woman said Dr. Joe Agusti had groped her and touched her in an inappropriate way during an appointment. She said he also exposed himself to her during the same appointment.
Officers arrested Dr. Agusti as his office at 60 S. Valparaiso St. He was transported to the Porter County Jail.
