(UNDATED) - Grippo Foods has begun a nationwide recall of all bags and boxes of their plain and flavored potato chips.
Company officials say these products have the potential to contain metal fragments, which could result in moderate or serious injuries such as choking, mouth lacerations, and dental problems.
Customers who have purchased these products should stop using them and return them to the place of purchase for a full refund.
No injuries have been reported, but Grippo was notified by the Ohio Department of Agriculture that metal shavings were found in a salt applicator.
