(KOKOMO) - A former Indiana native will soon face a judge for the 1992 murder of a Kokomo woman.
Timothy Jimerson, 53, will go to trial for the death of Toni Spicer on Sept. 9.
Jimerson was arrested in Mississippi last fall following a DNA match.
He is accused of strangling the 27-year-old victim inside her Miami County home.
Her body was discovered by her children, who were seven and nine at the time.
