(INDIANAPOLIS) - A man will serve time on probation and have to pay court costs after pleading guilty to battery and resisting law enforcement.
WISH TV reports that Justin Maltsberger was arrested in Broad Ripple in August after a violent incident in which a gun was discharged.
Maltsberger and an Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officer were both injured in the altercation, and Maltsberger then fled the scene.
As a result of pleading guilty, Maltsberger will serve a year of probation and pay $166 in court costs.
