(SHELBYVILLE) - A man who allegedly shot and killed and Michigan teenager by mistake in 2011 entered a guilty plea Wednesday to one count of criminal recklessness resulting in serious bodily injury, a Class C felony.
Jason Bagley, 42, appeared in the Shelby County Superior Court 1 to enter the plea. As part of the plea deal, all other remaining counts - criminal recklessness and obstruction of justice - were dismissed.
Bagley will return to court on June 10 for sentencing.
