(LAWRENCE) - The Lawrence Police Department has made an arrest in connection with a double murder that happened last week.
Police have arrested 21-year-old Brian Williamson for the double murder that occurred on May 1. Two men were found fatally shot in a car outside of a strip mall.
Williamson has been preliminarily charged with two counts of murder, one count of robbery and carrying a gun without a license.
