(INDIANAPOLIS) - IMPD Officer David Bisard is in a different jail Monday.
WISH TV8 learned that officers escorted him from the Marion County Jail Monday afternoon to the Allen County Jail for a court appearance.
Bisard arrived at the Allen County Jail at 2 Monday afternoon.
On Thursday, Judge John Surbeck will decide whether or not to revoke his bond in the 2010 case, after a second arrest.
On April 27, Bisard was picked up for alleged drunk driving.
On May 1, Bisard entered a not guilty plea to two Class A Misdemeanor charges: Operating a Motor Vehicle while Intoxicated and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Blood alcohol level greater than 0.15.
Prior to this latest arrest, Bisard was out on bond.
Now, if the judge revokes bond, Bisard will remain in the Allen County Jail until his trial starts in October.
Bisard is accused of driving drunk on duty when he hit three motorcyclists, killing one of them.
That case is separate from his latest drunk driving arrest.
