(RUSHVILLE) - Tuesday morning, a cat was found shot with an arrow. The cat survived the wound, but remains in critical condition at Jackman’s Animal Clinic in Milroy, Ind.
Rushville residents found the female cat lying outside their home early Tuesday morning. Officials believe the cat is about two or three years old. She was not wearing a collar.
The Rushville Republican reports that the arrow did appear to have penetrated the liver. Police have taken the arrow as evidence.
