(LOXLEY, Ala.) - An Indiana man was arrested by Alabama officers after they discovered he was wanted on warrants in Howard County Indiana and been on the runs since 2012.
Aaron Massey, 38, allegedly kidnapped a 38-year-old woman and her child in 2012 and he has been on he run since.
Loxley Police say that their office received information that Massey along with the mother and child were in the Loxley area, staying at one of the hotels.
Loxley Police and Baldwin County Sheriff deputies arrested Massey Wednesday night and also found the missing mother and her child. The charges pending from Howard County include unlawful imprisonment, kidnapping and rape.
Massey has been booked into the Baldwin County Corrections Facility, charged with fugitive from justice for escape. He is awaiting extradition to Indiana.
