(SHELBYVILLE) - Police agencies from two different states teamed up to find a wanted man and dismantle a mobile methamphetamine lab.
Shelbyville Police Department officials said Michigan authorities tipped them off to a wanted man who might be at Super 8 Motel, 20 W. Rampart St. Shelbyville officers found Christopher C. Wolf, 30. Although police officials said he initially tried to get away, they were able to arrest Wolf.
Wolf was wanted on warrants out of Allegan County, Mich. for failure to appear on meth possession and fleeing police. He now faces additional preliminary charges in Indiana of manufacturing meth, criminal mischief and resisting law enforcement. A woman with Wolf, 18-year-old Alycia Lavato, was arrested on a preliminary charge of manufacturing meth. She owned the vehicle where the mobile meth lab was discovered.
