(CLARK COUNTY) - A stolen prescription pad allows a Southern Indiana nurse to prescribe herself nearly 2,500 oxycodone pills.
Indiana State Police have arrested Lisa Keown of Charlestown.
They say she stole a prescription pad from her employer, a Clark County medical facility, and wrote herself 28 fake prescriptions for oxycodone.
She's been charged with forgery and insurance fraud because Keown used her insurance to pay for the prescriptions.
