(INDIANAPOLIS) - An Indianapolis man was arrested over the weekend after police say he approached children while not wearing pants.
Police were called to the 2200 block of Lexington on report of a man exposing himself to children. Witnesses on scene told officers that the man did not have any pants or underwear on and that he was approaching young children.
The children involved in the incident told officers that the man shook their hands and wouldn't let go. In a separate incident, the suspect had told a young girl, "Boy, you're pretty" and "I'm not no dirty (expletive)."
Witnesses then directed officers to the man's home.
Police rang the doorbell, and 53-year-old Charles Ronald Davis answered the door only wearing a black shirt.
While officers were working on paperwork on scene, Davis yelled, "If I go to jail, I will find you and (expletive) you up."
Police arrested Davis on scene for battery of a minor under 14 and public indecency.
