During the investigation, police say a third suspect, Hayden Glass, died of an overdose the day after the robbery.
According to a release, around 10:20 a.m. May 16, two male suspects entered Henderson Pharmacy, 100 E. Jefferson St. The two had hand guns and demanded prescription medication. Police say staff was held at gunpoint.
The suspects then fled the store on foot with an undisclosed amount of prescription medication. The pharmacist chased the suspects and fired shots as they got in the back of a van.
