(INDIANAPOLIS) - A homeless man caught peeping on people at Castleton Square Mall two years ago was sentenced to just under three years on Wednesday.
Officers had arrested Adam Mittler on preliminary charges of voyeurism and resisting law enforcement.
An undercover officer caught Mittler holding a cell phone under a stall in the women's restroom at the Hyatt downtown.
Authorities say he told his parole officer he grabbed a woman's butt and peeped in the women's restroom.
Mittler had pleaded guilty and was sentenced to probation after he took pictures of a woman in a dressing room at Castleton Square Mall in September 2010.
Wednesday he was sentenced to 2.1 years in the Department of Correction and 200 days on work release.
