(FISHERS) - Officials have determined that the death of a toddler at a day care was accidental.
A 21-month-old boy was pronounced dead at the hospital Thursday afternoon after he was found unresponsive at the Home Away From Home day care in Fishers.
The Marion County Coroner's Office said the cause of death was "complications of mechanical asphyxia," and the death was ruled an accident.
The licensed day care is run out of a home at 13913 Hawkstone Dr., near 104th Street and Olio Road.
