(SEYMOUR) - Jackson County police arrested a Texas man after they found drugs and guns in the U-Haul truck he was driving.
A sheriff's deputy observed the truck on I-65 and became suspicious. After he stopped 60-year-old Warren Stephenson, the deputy determined there was probable cause to search the truck.
Police found marijuana, cocaine, pills, paraphernalia, and three guns inside the truck.
Stephenson is being held in the Jackson County Jail.
