(GREENSBURG) - A Greensburg man twice arrested previously for possession of methamphetamine was booked into the Decatur County Jail on similar charges Thursday.
Stephan E. Rice was arrested after he and a female acquaintance voluntarily approached a patrolling Greensburg Police Officer early Thursday morning.
A pat down of Rice revealed he possessed two pocket knives, a collapsible baton and brass knuckles on his person in addition to straws wrapped in foil, plastic baggies, coffee filters and rolling papers. A straw seized from the suspect is alleged to have tested positive for methamphetamine.
