(COLUMBUS) - Police arrested a Columbus man Saturday after he reportedly ordered his two pit bulls to attack his girlfriend.
The Republic reports James Wesley Lucas, 37, was arrested and preliminarily charged with battery by means of a deadly weapon, a Class C felony; criminal confinement, a Class B felony; strangulation, a Class D felony; and criminal recklessness resulting in serious bodily injury while armed with a deadly weapon, a Class D felony.
