(CHARLESTOWN) - A former middle school teacher facing drug charges has now pleaded guilty but will not face any time in jail.
Kevin Hennegan was a social studies teacher at Charlestown Middle School and was arrested in January for having marijuana on campus.
Authorities say he also had a large amount of cash.
Hennegan plead guilty to a misdemeanor possession charge that didn't carry a jail sentence.
He was fired from the Greater Clark County School district but it's unclear if he will try to get his job back now that this case is resolved.
