(SPENCER COUNTY) - The third David Camm murder trial will be postponed again one week later than expected.
A hearing took place Tuesday, July 16, in Spencer County, Ind. where a judge pushed back the trial to begin on Aug. 12.
That's when jury selection will begin.
Camm was not at Tuesday's hearing. The former Indiana State trooper is charged with killing his wife and two children at their Georgetown, Ind. home in 2000.
He's been convicted twice but both were overturned. Camm is expected to attend a hearing in Boone County, Ind. next week.
