(COLUMBUS) - Cummins Inc. will be hiring 500 additional employees in the coming years, the company announced Tuesday.
The Columbus, Ind.-based engine plant has forged a new partnership with Nissan and will build the engines for the automaker's next generation of Titan pickup trucks.
Cummins will also develop a version of the engine for its commercial vehicle customers.
