(LOWELL) - A semitrailer cab drove onto the top of a car in a crash on Interstate 65 in northwestern Indiana that police say has killed one person.
State police say the northbound lanes of I-65 have been closed by the crash that happened Wednesday morning near the Indiana 2 interchange in southern Lake County, about 20 miles south of Gary.
Northbound traffic is being diverted from I-65 at the Indiana 10 exit near Roselawn.
Police say the crash involved two semitrailers and a car but didn't immediately release information about the circumstances or the victim.
