(VIGO CO.) - The Vigo County Sheriff and Commissioners are being sued by the American Civil Liberties Union.
The ACLU says the sheriff and commissioners have violated an agreement concerning overcrowding at the Vigo County Jail.
It's a class action suit involving hundreds of prisoners.
The Sheriff, Commissioners and legal council are reviewing the suit.
