(INDIANAPOLIS) - The Indiana Blood Center says it’s in critical need of all blood types. As of Monday morning, multiple Indiana hospitals have requests for units that cannot be filled because of low supply.
The Indiana State Department of Health has been notified that "critical"has been called, an official designation that allows Indiana Blood Center to communicate with media and donors asking for immediate support.
Donors of all blood types are encouraged to visit one of the eight donor centers statewide or mobile blood drives.
