(UNDATED) - 5th District Indiana Congresswoman Susan Brooks says the vote on authorization of a military strike against Syria should not wait Congress returns to Washington September 9th.
She's asking why the President isn't calling the legislators back to work immediately.
6th District Congressman Luke Messer agrees with Brooks.
President Obama says he's ready to give the order. But he wants Congress to authorize the strike against the regime of Bashar Al Assad.
