(SULLIVAN CO.) - During a routine flyover around 10 a.m. Thursday, Indiana State Police Marijuana Eradication Troopers found around 68 plants, eight pounds of processed marijuana and other items of drug paraphernalia in rural Sullivan County.
WTHI reports, troopers secured a warrant for 8963 East State Road 48 near the Sullivan and Clay County line and searched the home to discover the processed marijuana in various locations within the home and plants at three separate plots in a wooded area near the home.
Officials estimated the value of the marijuana to be $75,000.
Charles B. Beaver, 53, was arrested and faces charges of cultivating marijuana, possession of marijuana, maintaining a common nuisance, and possession of paraphernalia.
Beaver is being held at the Sullivan County Jail on $28,000 bond.
The investigation is ongoing and one suspect remains at large.
