(INDIANAPOLIS) - A flight bound for Dallas made an emergency landing at Indianapolis International Airport Monday morning.
The American Airlines MD-80 experienced a mechanical problem and declared an emergency. About 140 people were aboard the flight.
According to airport officials, the plane landed safely and the passengers were taken back to the terminal. Maintenance crews were examining the plane to identify the problem.
No one was hurt.
