(INDIANAPOLIS) - Metro police detectives have arrested a juvenile for murder and carrying a handgun without a license.
IMPD says the 16-year-old is accused of fatally shooting 19-year-old Darren Kirk on September 30 in the 1100 block of Tuxedo St.
After detectives reviewed the case with the Marion County Prosecutor's Office, detectives sought formal charges. On Tuesday, an arrest warrant was issued.
No information was released on a possible motive.
