(VANDERBURGH CO.) - More than 30 people were arrested for underage drinking at a party in Vanderburgh County early Sunday morning.
The Indiana State Excise Police say they, along with the Vanderburgh County Sheriff's Office, responded shortly after midnight to a citizen complaint of loud noise in the 3200 block of Five Dollar Road, about five miles west of Evansville.
As a result of their investigation, officers arrested 31 minors, all of whom were 18-20 years of age, for underage drinking. Officers say some tested as high as .183% BAC.
Charges related to furnishing alcohol to minors are still pending as officers continue their investigation.
Excise police say all of those charged Sunday morning will appear in Vanderburgh Misdemeanor Court in December.
