(EVANSVILLE) - Evansville Police were called to Walmart on Red Bank Road around 2:15 on Tuesday after store security told them of a sizable theft of beer.
Police say Walmart security advised them that a man and woman had pushed two carts out of the store, one pushed by a man and containing a dozen cases of beer and two bags of Doritos. The other was pushed by a heavy set woman in jeans, boots and a red sweater and contained 14 cases of suds.
The man left his cart behind but the woman's cart was loaded into a Chevy S-10 pickup truck and the two then made their escape.
