Seven People Displaced After Driver Rams Into Apartment Building

(INDIANAPOLIS) - Seven people were left without a home early Sunday morning after a driver rammed a van into an apartment building.

Wayne Township dispatch says the van smashed into the building in the 3300 block of Heather Ridge Drive, right around midnight.

No one was injured but the driver was arrested, suspected of being drunk.

Wayne Township Victims Assistance is helping the seven people displaced from two different apartments.

Officials have not yet released the identity of the driver.
