(PATOKA) - The Gibson County Sheriff’s Department says footprints in the snow leading away from a burglarized home in Patoka led to the home of one of two juvenile suspects in the break-in.
Police followed the tracks to a nearby home in Patoka.
A second juvenile from Princeton was taken into custody later in the day.
The homeowners called police early Saturday morning after finding their back door wide open and a television unplugged.
Police say items taken from the Patoka residence were found in the home of the Princeton juvenile.
Both were taken to the Southwest Indiana Youth Village in Vincennes.
