(INDIANAPOLIS) - Menards has recalled 1,800 pre-lit artificial Christmas trees just one week before the holiday.
Company officials said the lights may overheat, start a fire or cause electric shock.
The trees were sold for about $300 at Menards in September and November.
Store officials said the recall includes the Enchanted Forest Twinkling Pine Tree.
The trees may be returned to the store for a refund.
