(INDIANAPOLIS) - Indianapolis police said a young man was fatally shot Saturday at Rosewood Commons apartments on the city’s northwest side.
Police responded to reports of several shots being fired and vehicles fleeing the area at roughly 1 p.m. Saturday near 56th Street and Georgetown Road.
Minutes later, officers located a juvenile lying unresponsive in the snow near the apartments with at least one gunshot wound.
EMS personnel arrived and pronounced the juvenile, identified as 15-year-old Anthony Warren, of Indianapolis, dead on scene.
Investigators have yet to release a motive or suspect information in the crime.
