(INDIANAPOLIS) - More redevelopment is coming to downtown Indianapolis.
Gershman Partners has bought the Marott Center in the Mass Ave district. The firm plans to redevelop the 100-year-old building located at 342 Massachusetts Avenue.
The 52,000 square foot, five-story building already houses law firm Rubin and Levin PC along with Walgreens and F.C. Tucker Realty. All plan to remain while the firm continues to develop the space as a mix of office and retail space.
They say the goal is to keep the historic feel of the structure while making it an even greater asset to Mass Ave.
Gershman is planning more downtown redevelopment projects.
