(UNDATED) - Indiana Excise Police have cited over 100 Speedway convenience stores after a month-long investigation into selling alcohol on Christmas.
An officer began her investigation on the day after Christmas after getting an anonymous tip that a South Bend Speedway store sold beer on Christmas Day. The investigation led to 109 stores being cited.
State law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages from 7am on December 25th until 3am December 26th.
